Can we join with Paul in saying that for us, to live is Christ?
Jesus offers us Real Life. Let's not sell ourselves short and accept anything less than what He came to give us.

Jesus is Risen Indeed!! He proved Himself to be God by rising triumphantly back from the dead. This Easter we celebrated that resurrection life and were reminded that it has given us the power to live! We pray that you would know and experience that resurrection life today!

In John's Gospel we are introduced to Jesus in a way that stands out differently when compared to the other 3 Gospel writers – John gives great emphasis to the Divinity of Jesus in his writing. We find that Jesus came, expressing His divine life and making that life available to humanity through his death and resurrection. This Easter Season, we're celebrating the Real Life that Jesus came to give us!

When Jesus meets the woman at the well, He gives her hope and restoration, causing her to be forever changed. Her response? She returns to her town and invites them all to "Come and See" who Jesus is. We believe that Jesus is calling us to do the same in our community and invite them to "Come and See" all that Christ is able to do in their lives. 

In John chapter 14 Jesus gives us both a promise and an instruction when He tells us that we would be the ones to continue to do His works in the earth. It's a powerful mandate and one that we need to keep in our focus as we fulfill His calling to become Fishers of Men.

While standing by the seashore, Jesus saw two brothers who were fishermen by trade and invited them to join Him in ministry. He announced this invitation by telling them that in the future they would fish for more than just their dinner, that they would "fish for men..." The invitation to us is the same today – Jesus is inviting us to step out of our comfort to take part in His mission of capturing the hearts of people, and introducing the world to Him.

Jesus Christ died and rose again, not just so that you could enjoy the glory of Heaven, but also to give you a victorious life on earth.
